Therefore, with this NEWS, the EAAE is pleased to announce that our flagship competition, Catch a Star, has opened its new call for entries for this year. The competition is now open to everyone and the deadline ends at 23:59 CET on March 15, 2026. All submissions should be made on the Catch a Star 2025 submission form (link to https://forms.gle/DstD9sXXug9dBndy7 ). Please follow these rules. |

On another hand, I'm pleased to announce that an asteroid has recently been named in honor of a very active member and participant of the EAAE. The asteroid is called 662607 COSIALLS in honor of Anicet Cosialls Manonelles.
